We invite educators, academic professionals, learners, researchers, writers and education enthusiasts who are eager to share the knowledge and valuable insights. We would be happy to hear your story in case you have experience, ideas or views that can guide the learners, teachers, parents, or other education professionals to make well-informed decisions.
We created our platform to help achieve learning at all levels. Through your contribution, you get to join a growing community of people determined to make education better by clear, practical and reliable content.
Our Values
Education forms society, careers, and lives. Everything that we publish is guided by that responsibility.
Commitment to Quality
We like critical, well researched, and well written work. Articles should not merely have some superficial information; they should be aimed at assisting the reader in understanding the subject matter, solving a problem or making better decisions.
Learner Centred Approach
We write content for real people – for learners who have to pass exams, teachers who want to perfect their practice, parents who want to support their children, and professionals who want to plan their further steps. We are not concerned with jargon or academic sophistication, as we value clarity, usefulness and relevance.
Integrity and Trust
Accuracy matters for us. We require contributors to have fact-checked their work, employ credible sources, and be responsible in providing information. We are also open to opinions, but they should be clearly written and backed by experience or evidence.
Diversity and Equity
We believe that education ought to be inclusive. We promote content that can capture multiple worldviews, learning requirements, experiences, and learning journeys.
How We Publish Content
Our publishing process is geared towards providing consistency, quality and trust without intruding into the voice of the contributors.
Editorial Review Process
Each of our submissions is reviewed by our editorial staff to ensure that it fits our needs (mission and audience) and that it is of high quality. This involves structural, clarity, originality and general value checks to readers.
The editors can offer revisions or do light edits in grammar, formatting and readability. These are the edits that are meant to enhance clarity and do not remove your tone and message.
Originality and Ownership
We give more preference to original content that has been written to be used on our platform. In case of the same article appearing in another publication, or the article being a revised form of one that was published before, it must be declared during submission.
After publication, your article will include your byline and you can add a brief author biography to indicate your background, knowledge or career interests.
Publication Timeline
Although the time might vary according to the editorial workload, we strive to respond to submissions fast and communicate effectively throughout the process.
AI Policy
We admit that the use of artificial intelligence is becoming more common in academic research, content production, and editorial processes. Even though they may be efficient and supportive, our platform puts a high value on human knowledge, accountability, and creativity. The content that is related to education has a real-life implication, and thus it needs to display keen judgment, awareness of the context, and experienced or research-based knowledge, which cannot be solely done by automated systems.
What matters to us is to post content that is thoughtful, credible, and human. Articles ought to demonstrate reflective thinking, pedagogical reasoning and purposeful intent. Submissions with high volume of AI-generated work without meaningful human contribution might not meet our editorial standards and they might be rejected.
Responsible Use of AI
AI can be applied in a narrow and assistive manner, e.g., brainstorming, creating an outline, enhancing language, or structure. Nonetheless, the text of the article, i. e., arguments, explanations, examples, and conclusions should all be based on personal knowledge, experience or a well-informed research of the contributor. The accuracy and originality of the submissions made by the contributors are entirely their responsibility, irrespective of the tools that they might have employed during the writing process.
Any AI-supplied material should be properly reviewed and carefully edited and fact-checked by human individuals before submission. The final article must have a human, natural tone and purpose. The presence of generic, formulaic, or shallow content can be turned down to preserve the integrity and credibility of our platform.
Transparency and Quality
We have the right to review submissions that are original as well as of high quality. The content that seems to be over-mechanised, generic or even shallow in nature may be discarded.
We strive to be able to publish pieces that are informed, sincere, and, truly, helpful, not formatted and machine-based.

Opinion pieces are fine, although they must present a consistent perspective and be backed by argument, experience, or even evidence.
Length and Depth of the Article
The articles should be 800 – 1000 words long. Shorter articles can be considered only if the topic is narrow and well documented, whereas detailed instructions is preferrable with complicated subjects.
Structure and Readability
Articles must also be readable. The effective structure of your content makes your readers perceive and respond to your work. Effective structure usually involves:
- An interesting introduction
- Guiding subheadings
- Paragraphs of short lengthÂ
- Articulate breaks between thoughts
Accuracy, Sources, and Referencing
Accuracy of facts is imperative. Any statistics, claims, or references to studies should be based on credible and up-to-date sources.
You can have external links where they are actually relevant to the content or give additional reading. The links must be meaningful, credible, and natural.
Tone and Audience Fit
We target learners, teachers, parents, and education professionals. This diversity is to be reflected in your tone. We encourage writing that is easy to understand but professional, clear, jargon-free, helpful, educative and respectful.
The complicated concepts ought to be articulated in a simple manner without oversimplifying the topic.
Links and Promotion
We permit a few contextual links, such as one shareable link to one of your web pages or professional profile, where necessary. Nevertheless, excessive self-promotion, affiliate linking, and product-oriented content are not allowed.
Our platform is based on education rather than marketing.

Who Can Contribute
When education echoes different roles in the education ecosystem, we feel that the meaningful content of education is enhanced. Contributors represent diverse backgrounds, such as schools, universities, nonprofits, education-oriented organisations, and education related businesses and each of these perspectives has a contribution to make when provided in a responsible manner. The most important thing is that articles should be concerned with the actual challenges, informed thinking, and applied learning instead of promotion or self positioning.
Irrespective of the background, submissions must aim at informing and assisting a large, global audience which encompasses learners, educators, parents and education professionals. Articles should not have a limited institutional context or address the internal objectives of one specific organisation. Rather, contributors are urged to present their experiences in a manner that people can learn, change and utilise in various learning institutions.
Contributors Working in Schools, Colleges, or Education Institutions
Teachers, trainers, school administration and other academic staff are usually the ones who know the realities of teaching and learning. We are open to articles that are inspired by classroom practice, teacher education, curriculum design, assessment development, individual learning, test preparation and tutoring. Original material, which is based on first hand experience, is particularly useful when reflecting on what has worked, what has not and why.
Although we highly appreciate the efforts undertaken in educational institutions, an article must not end up sounding like an institution advertisement or company report. The best works are meaningful, introspective and can be applied to other contexts as opposed to praise, publicity or policy advocacy out of context.
Contributors from Nonprofits and Education-Focused Organisations
Education is the area where nonprofit organisations and education initiatives play a key role in shaping access, equity, innovation, and support systems. We are open to articles that explore research-based initiatives, community engagement, teacher support, learner growth, scholarships, study abroad advice, or systemic issues.
Submissions need to be made with the intention to provide insight into what was learned and new ideas and not promoting the organisation. Articles discussing wider implications to the learners, educators or education systems, rather than a specific project or initiative, fit our audience in particular.
Contributors from Education-Related Companies and EdTech Providers
We welcome information provided by education oriented businesses, such as EdTech, the e-learning platforms, the assessment tools, and the learning resources providers, particularly in case the articles are about the actual issues in education. Strong submissions will usually address issues encountered by teachers or students, their reasons why they are significant, and the methods or solutions that can help them improve.
Content must be informative and not advertisement based. References to products, services or even proprietary tools must be minimal and contextual and articles should not be about purchasing or hiring as the primary outcome. To make the article both informative, balanced and focused on the readers, we will encourage contributors to discuss broader practices, trends, or solutions, such as work performed within the sector.
Transparency and Perspective
Any professional affiliations, partnerships, or possible conflicts of interest should be transparently revealed by the contributors in the topic that they are writing on. Transparency allows the readers to find some context and trust what they are reading.
Although we can do structural or clarity revisions, we appreciate the opinion of the contributor and will not change the essence of an article without consultation. We intend to partner with authors to publish articles which are thought-provoking, equitable and actually beneficial to the education community.
Editorial Discretion
All submissions are reviewed at our editorial team’s discretion. We will reject material that does not conform to our values, expectations of our audiences or to our editorial standards – in spite of its technical qualities.
We aim at making sure that each article published is a good contribution to the education community, in a responsible and respectful manner.
